Flor catchall - emerald marble

Produced in limited size batches, the flor tray is hand-carved in a family-owned stone atelier outside of Mexico City by artisan craftsmen. Flor - meaning flower in Spanish - represents the undulating petal shapes that decorate this catch-all's rim. The emerald marble selected for this design boasts varying shades of dark green and beautiful brown and black veins. 

Petite measures approximately 6" x 6" x 1" and weighs 2 lbs. 

Medium measures approximately 7" x 7" x 1" and weighs 2.5 lbs. 

Given this piece is hand-made from natural stone, subtle variations in shape, size, and stone veining should be expected and embraced as part of this piece's beauty. This emerald marble in particular can have some white veins that at first can appear like chips; however, they are a natural part of this beautiful stone.
